The Picnic Basket: Breakfast Edition.
IT’S A BOY! This was my very first poached egg, so it may not be as pretty as it will be in the future.  Last year, I watched my housemates poach eggs almost every day, and so I was able to mimic a portion of how great their poached eggs were. 
For many of you who don’t know, I have an allergy to many a grain.  Which is awful, because growing up—I was always the one to really enjoy my breads and pastas like the good Maltese woman I am!  I found this delicious wheatless rye bread at my local market, and have eaten every meal with it thus far.
