So I’m loving working the San Francisco markets.  I came home with a huge bag of kale, shallot, lettuce, radicchio, radish, arugula, carrots, peppers, you name it.  So, my housemate, Elizabeth, and I took full advantage and made a big shlop of everything that I have and everything that comes along with her CSA box (note: totally getting one as soon as I can find a place in my budget). It included:  A massive salad with veggies, apple, orange zest, and balsamic, a kale sautee with elephant garlic and balsamic, and a hot potato salad with fresh zucchini, carrots, shallots, and coconut oil.  To finish our 3 courser, we baked some bananas and had warm bananas with cinnamon on top.  From one food-slut to the next, it is the best thing that I have ever eaten after a meal.
